THE METHOD IN STEPS:

  1. Lay down in a comfortable position
  2. Start by counting 1-100
  3. At 10 seconds describe your dr self
  4. At 20 seconds what you will look like
  5. At 30 seconds who is in your friend group
  6. at 40 seconds Say affirmations
  7. at 50 where you would like to wake up
  8. and then just say affirmations while counting up to 100 until you fall asleep if you are not just keep saying affirmations till you do
