THE METHOD IN STEPS:
- Lay down in a comfortable position
- Start by counting 1-100
- At 10 seconds describe your dr self
- At 20 seconds what you will look like
- At 30 seconds who is in your friend group
- at 40 seconds Say affirmations
- at 50 where you would like to wake up
- and then just say affirmations while counting up to 100 until you fall asleep if you are not just keep saying affirmations till you do
