If Your like me and your trying to shift but something is making a Noise and you can't concentrate

Try This:

Interpret sounds and convert them into sounds from your dr

This way you are not hearing sounds from your cr because you are in your dr

Examples:

1. car noise - No it's the hogwarts express leaving
2. family member walking - no it's you confort characters
3. Rain - Well it's raining in your dr of course
