THE METHOD IN STEPS:

  1. Lay down in a comfortable position
  2. Be in a state of drowsiness ( Tired )
  3. visualise a hallway with a door and the end of it
  4. start walking towards the door
  5. with every step say affirmations and visualise you dr
  6. as you reach the door open it you should be about to fall asleep and as you step though you should wake up in you dr.
