THE METHOD IN STEPS:
- Lay down in a comfortable position
- Be in a state of drowsiness ( Tired )
- visualise a hallway with a door and the end of it
- start walking towards the door
- with every step say affirmations and visualise you dr
- as you reach the door open it you should be about to fall asleep and as you step though you should wake up in you dr.
