THE METHOD
- Lay down in a comfortable position
- be in a state of drowsiness (tried)
- visualize your dr (with you in it)
- every now are again say affirmations
- As you feel like you are about to fall asleep say “I intend to be in my dr/desired reality”
- As you wake up you shall awake in you dr
