What is the method challenge:
The method challenge is when you consistently try out different methods that you wouldn’t normally use. Until you mini shift or fully shift or even until you are happy with the method that you like that seems to work best for you



How to do the method challenge:
(If you fall asleep before finishing or before beginning your method you don’t have to count that as a part of the challenge just try again the next night or try again when you’re ready)
