THE METHOD IN STEPS:
- Lay down in a comfortable position
- Imagine/visualize your comfort character
- Your comfort character then says “are you ready”
- If you are ready to move on to your dr reply “yes”
- That comfort character will cover your eyes with a blindfold
- Then Say affirmations “i’m here, i've shifted”
- If you see a bright light then fall asleep
- You should then wake up in your dr
