THE METHOD IN STEPS:

  1. Lay down in a comfortable position
  2. Imagine/visualize your comfort character
  3. Your comfort character then says “are you ready”
  4. If you are ready to move on to your dr reply “yes”
  5. That comfort character will cover your eyes with a blindfold
  6. Then Say affirmations “i’m here, i've shifted”
  7. If you see a bright light then fall asleep
  8. You should then wake up in your dr
