THE METHOD IN STEPS:

  1. Lay down in a comfortable position and close your eyes
  2. visualize your paddling in a boat on a river
  3. Look around and visualize the river like the trees are there fish etc
  4. As you going farther and farther down you notice a waterfall aprothing closer and closer
  5. go into the waterfall and ride it down
  6. once you reach the other side visualize your dr bedroom
  7. Affirm/affermate and fall asleep and once awake you shall be in your dr
